FORUM OF SAUDI UNIVERSITIES ALUMNI IN NIGERIA AND SURROUNDING COUNTRIES
Apex Multimedia & Tech delivered comprehensive event production and technical support services for the Forum of Saudi Universities Alumni in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Surrounding Countries, held at the Nigerian Army Conference Centre and Suites (NACAS), Abuja.
Our scope of work included LED screen deployment, stage design and branding, professional sound reinforcement, stage lighting, live streaming support, audiovisual production, hospitality services, and on-site technical coordination. Working closely with the organizers, our team created a professional and engaging environment that supported knowledge exchange, networking, recognition activities, and institutional engagement among alumni, academics, professionals, and distinguished guests.
The event brought together graduates of leading Saudi universities, stakeholders, community leaders, and participants from across Nigeria and neighboring countries, fostering collaboration and strengthening alumni networks.
